With the new wave of 3D technology being forced in our faces, you have to ask yourself; is this step coming too soon?
Why? Its the sales figures that come to mind here. New 3D TV's aren't selling like hot cakes, which seems odd after the thought of beinging the cinema experience to your home seems so good. Personally I have only just made the move to HD, so don't really feel the need to shell out yet again. Is this a majority case?
Or are we scared by the technology? There has been a lot of hype generated by a certain tabloid over the new Nintendo 3DS' possible health risks with the 3D effects. The intersting fact here is mobile phones will be using this same technology come the end of the year. Does that mean we won't be able to use new mobiles either? Typical tabloidal tosh, then (and possibly employing a Sony fanboy to write reviews doesn't help).
Maybe its a sign of the recession finally biting at people's wallets? I guess with all these things keeping an eye on sales trends over the months will tell all. Intreresting times eh?

Free Range Humans
Sometimes when you break the cycle of everyday life you get a feeling that there is so much more to enjoy than we realise.
In the 'hectic' lifestyles we have created ourselves, we seem to be rushing from work to the next thing, spending time glued behind screens and believing we have to live life a certain way in order to get by. It's like we've put ourselves in a cardboard box - TV tells us how we should be, we're directed by what the media says and really we've become like string puppets in the modern world.
I believe it would be healthier for us to avoid TV, newspapers - the lot. After all the saying is "bad news is good news", so how on earth do you expect us to feel better from it? Advice: get out walk, bike, whatever (adrenaline is the best therapy out there), get as far away from civilization as possible and enjoy the sounds of nature - it will clear your mind more than these spa treatments or whatever. If important news is around word of mouth will keep you in tune. Make this the last thing you read before powering down your machine, then get out there and you won't regret it. The weather is improving, go outside and make the most...
